. CONCEPTS
1.1. 1.2. Buyer – a natural or legal person who purchased goods in the online store www.integralas.eu
1.3. The rules for handling personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) regulate the basic principles of personal data collection, processing and storage, which are relied upon by the Data Controller when processing the Buyer’s personal data.
II. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. This privacy policy regulates the main principles and procedures for the collection, processing and storage of personal data of the UAB INTEGRALAS electronic store www.integralas.eu (hereinafter – the Data Controller) and the www.integralas.eu client (hereinafter – the Buyer).
2.2. The collection, processing and storage of the buyer’s personal data is determined by this privacy policy, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.
2.3. By specifying your personal data in the e-shop – Employee rental platform, you agree that the Data Controller will manage and process them for the purposes, means and procedure provided for in this privacy policy and legal acts.
III. COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The data controller is guided by the following basic principles of personal data processing:

3.2. The buyer agrees that the personal data that he voluntarily provides during the order will be processed based on the following rules:
3.2.1. The buyer has the right to access his personal data, has the right to know what personal data we have collected, has the right to know to which recipients his personal data is provided and has been provided in the last 1 year, has the right to demand correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data data, has the right to request the deletion of collected personal data and has the right to ask to stop processing collected personal data, all of which can be done by writing an e-mail to email info@integralas.eu. In this case, the seller must immediately implement the buyer’s request (within 1-2 days) and delete or reliably depersonalize the Buyer’s data. If the seller sees a threat to personal data, he has the right to request confirmation of a personal identity document that allows the proper identification of the Buyer.
3.3. The Data Controller recognizes and respects the right to privacy of every Buyer who places an order in the online store www.integralas.eu. The Data Controller collects and uses the Buyer’s personal data (name or surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information specified during the online store order) for the processing of orders for goods or services or the fulfillment of other assumed contractual obligations.
3.4. In the online store, there is an opportunity to express your consent regarding the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes (for persons aged 14 and over). The Buyer does this by ticking (I agree to the use of his personal data for direct marketing purposes). From the moment consent is given, the Seller sends newsletters to the e-mail address specified by the customer. By mail. In the electronic store www.integralas.eu there are options to unsubscribe from the newsletter (at the beginning of the newsletter there is an option: “unsubscribe” – after clicking, the customer will no longer receive the newsletter).
IV. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
4.1. The Data Controller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, with the exception of the Data Controller’s partners providing goods delivery or other services related to the proper fulfillment of the Buyer’s order. In all other cases, the Buyer’s personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure provided by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
V. REGISTRATION SUBMISSION RULES
5.1. As a buyer, you must provide complete, complete and correct information about yourself in the registration form. If the Buyer has provided inaccurate, false or misleading data in the registration form, the Data Controller has the right to cancel the Buyer’s registration and delete the data or limit the Buyer’s ability to use the e-store.
5.2. The buyer has the right to change and/or update the information provided in the registration form at any time.
VI. CHANGE OF RULES
6.1. The Data Controller has the right to partially or completely change the Rules by notifying www.integralas.eu online store.
6.2. Additions or changes to the rules take effect from the date of their publication, i.e. i.e. from the day they appear in the online store www.integralas.eu.
6.3. If the Buyer does not agree with the new version of the Rules, he has the right to refuse it in writing.
6.4. If the Buyer continues to use the services provided by the online store after the addition or change of the Rules, it is considered that the Buyer agrees with the new version of the Rules.
VII. PROVISION AND STORAGE OF INFORMATION
7.1. All notifications related to the processing of personal data are submitted to the Data Controller by e-mail info@integralas.eu or by post.
7.2. The Data Controller shall provide the response in the same form in which the notification or claim was received.

Also, the Buyer has the right not to consent to the recording and use of information (cookies) on the Buyer’s computer (device), but in this case some website functions may be unavailable to the Buyer. By using the e-store, the Buyer agrees to the fact that information is recorded on the Buyer’s computer (device). The Buyer can withdraw his consent at any time by changing the settings of his internet browser or by contacting any of the contacts published on the website of the Data Controller.
