14 days to decide
You can return any “integralas.eu” product purchased online within 14 days of receiving the order and get the money you paid for the product back without giving any reason.
Within 14 days from the day of delivery of any purchase, you can:
1. Change to another size or model. It is possible to exchange both for a cheaper and for a more expensive product than what you bought. We return the overpayment to your account, and the shortfall can be paid during the delivery of the exchanged product. The discount code used at the time of purchase will also apply to the exchanged product. We recommend that you reserve the product you want to exchange for as soon as possible by e-mailing info@integralas.eu. When changing the product, the courier services are paid by the customer!
2. To get back the money paid for the product. After returning the product, the money is returned within 1-5 working days from the day of receipt of the returned goods. Transportation costs are not refundable. If you paid for the product with a discount coupon, the coupon and the additional amount paid will be returned.
Product return/exchange conditions
Items to be exchanged or returned must meet the following criteria:
1. The product cannot be worn or otherwise used, it must be undamaged and not lose its value.
2. Returned goods must be with labels.
3. It is mandatory to contact our company by e-mail.
Send the goods by registered mail or postal machines (then the post office will give you a parcel number, by which you will be able to see when the parcel will arrive at us, and you will be able to find the parcel if it gets lost. We are not responsible for the loss of an unregistered parcel)

Acts regulating the return of goods
Defects in sold goods are removed, low-quality goods are replaced, returned in accordance with the “Rules of Retail Trade” approved by the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania.
The return and exchange of goods of suitable quality is carried out in accordance with Article 6.22810, Part 1 of the Civil Code;

Shipping and delivery
In the online store “integralas.eu” you can order goods at any time of the day, any day of the week. When ordering goods, you can choose the most convenient delivery method for you: we can deliver the goods to your home or the nearest post office.
The price of delivery of goods throughout the territory of the Republic of Lithuania depends on the weight and value of the goods you purchase. This price is quoted when placing an order. The goods are delivered to the specified address or to another place convenient for the buyer.
*Parcel delivery to the Curonian Spit – additional €22. fee, which must be paid separately.
The delivery of the goods takes 2 to 4 working days after your payment and the money is credited to UAB “Integralas” account.
Urgent order is carried out by writing to us at the e-mail info@integralas.eu (the service is carried out only in Vilnius)
The goods are delivered to the buyer using the courier service of DPD, Lietuvos Paštas, or any other delivery courier authorized by us. When accepting the goods, the buyer must check the package and the condition of the delivered goods. After receiving the goods and signing the package delivery documents without comments, it is considered that the items in the package are in order, the package was delivered in order and none of the parties to the relationship have any claims regarding the goods in the package. If you do not take these steps, we will not be liable for:
1. damage to the goods, if the basis for the occurrence of such damage is not a factory defect;
2. inconsistencies in the assembly of the goods, if these inconsistencies can be determined during the external inspection of the goods.
Goods weighing more than 30 kg are delivered only to the recipient’s home.
At the time of delivery, the buyer must present a document proving personal identity. If the person collecting the goods does not correspond to the data we have about the customer, or if it turns out that false and untrue data were provided during the registration on the website, or the person collecting the goods is under 16 years of age and has not acquired legal capacity at the time of delivery, we have the right to refuse delivery goods to the customer without any legal consequences. We are not responsible for errors or inaccuracies made during data entry, so we recommend that you fill in and recheck your registration data and delivery address very carefully.
DELAY IN DELIVERY OF ORDERED GOODS:
We do everything possible to ensure timely delivery of ordered and paid for goods. However, delivery delays may also occur due to factors beyond our control
or due to unforeseen circumstances. Neither “integralas.eu” nor our nominated shipper or carrier can fully guarantee that the purchase will reach you exactly within the predetermined delivery period. Also, we are not responsible for any consequences that may be caused by the delivery of the product later than the standard delivery period indicated on our page. All risk of loss or damage due to the date and time of delivery of the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
